From Local Roots to Global Courts
Oliver’s tennis journey began right here in Spartanburg and has taken him to some of the biggest courts around the world. After a standout collegiate career at the University of Florida—where he earned three ITA All-America honors and two First Team All-SEC selections—he turned professional in 2020. Since then, he’s steadily climbed the ATP ranks, reaching a career-high singles ranking of No. 190 in January 2024.
2025: A Standout Season
This year has been a breakout season for Oliver. With remarkable consistency and determination, he’s captured four ITF World Tennis Tour titles—earning wins at M25 tournaments in Chennai, Luan, Shenzhen, and Bengaluru. With a stellar 34-6 win-loss record, he currently leads the tour in both titles and total matches won.
