Community engagement at Contec is more than encouragement—it’s empowerment. U.S.-based associates receive up to 40 hours of paid volunteer time off each year, providing the flexibility to support causes they care about without sacrificing work responsibilities.
In 2025, that benefit translated into measurable impact. Across the United States, Contec associates recorded 4,089 volunteer hours, the highest total in our history. These hours represent hands-on service, trusted local partnerships, and meaningful contributions that strengthen our communities and reflect our values.
Our volunteer engagement continues to grow year over year:
Each milestone reinforces a culture where your community is our commitment, and giving back isn't just supported, it's encouraged and shared.
One of our most meaningful partnerships in 2025 was our collaboration with the
Foundation for Hospital Art (FHA). FHA brings original artwork into healthcare settings, helping create spaces that feel more human, calming, and supportive for patients, families, and caregivers.
Throughout the year, Contec associates participated in art-painting sessions during our annual CONNECT conference and team-building activities, including collaborations with our R&D and Samples teams. Together, associates completed
three full canvas sets, now proudly displayed at
three Spartanburg Regional facilities.
These pieces now live in spaces where moments of color, creativity, and calm can make a difference during some of life’s most challenging moments. A recent celebration hosted by Spartanburg Regional recognized this partnership and the associates who helped bring it to life—a powerful reminder that small acts done with great love can leave a lasting impact.
