Sterile Polynit Heatseal
Sterile Polynit Heatseal wipes are processed in Contec's ISO Class 4 laundry, then sterilized by gamma radiation and Validated Sterile to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6 in accordance with AAMI/ISO 11137:2006 Guidelines. Heat sealed edges prevent the release of particles and fibers. Each product is double bagged with an embossed lot number on both inner and outer bags for lot traceability. Ultra clean, low-shedding polyester wipes are ideal for one-time use in Filling Zones for dry wiping and spill control.
Non-sterile Polynit Heatseal wipes are available in our patent-pending QuickPick packaging.
Applications
Use for dry wiping and spill control wherever USP<797> recommends low-shedding wipes
